Sarah Edwards
Sarah Edwards is Office Manager and Chiropractic Assistant at Vitality Chiropractic. She is the face behind the reception desk and the friendly voice on the phone. Sarah joined the Vitality team in May of 2006 and has since worked diligently to keep on top of all matters involving insurance. Having completed over 45 hours of additional training and continuing education credits, Sarah is committed to providing you with the most accurate and comprehensible information about your individual insurance benefits.
In 2004, Sarah graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham with a Bachelor's Degree in English and a minor in Film Studies. Before that, she was a Des Moines native and attended Highline Community College where she received an Associate’s Degree in History.
A chiropractic enthusiast to the core, Sarah knows that her life has truly been enriched by the care she has received. “I’m so thankful that my mother understood the value of chiropractic!” Sarah exclaims. “Severe Scoliosis runs in my family and my mother suffers from it especially. Unfortunately, my mother was told in her thirties that most of the spinal degeneration she experienced could have been avoided if she had just been adjusted as a child. After that, she took my brother and me in immediately to get our spines checked and the doctor found that I already had the beginnings of an irregular spinal curve and I was only 4-years-old.”
Not only did chiropractic eliminate the irregular curve in Sarah’s spine, it also prevented her from struggling with common childhood ailments like “growing pains,” shin splints, allergies, headaches, diarrhea/ constipation, and frequent colds.

Another member of the Vitality team is Sarah’s dog, Dakota. Dakota likes to stay strictly behind the scenes, but she provides a lot of support and entertainment to the rest of the Vitality team. You can see her napping under Sarah’s desk or begging at Dr. Bonnie’s feet for treats every Friday afternoon. Feel free to stop by and meet our furry associate!
